Faith is a Journey, not a Religious Destination
Religion has a faith component, but also includes many cultural and family expectations. It does not always feel safe to question or explore with others in your religious tradition. They may feel threatened and you may feel pressured to comply.
I am very committed to interfaith respect and understanding. So, wherever you are in your spiritual journey, whatever your belief or religion, I offer a safe place to process your journey.
Spiritual Healing
If you have suffered religious trauma or abuse, you know that those wounds go very deep. They can be soul-destroying. Betrayal or disillusionment by religious leaders may cause you to question your most basic beliefs. You need a really safe place to process and heal. I will walk this painful journey with you to spiritual wholeness.
Prayer can be a comforting help to some, a powerful healing time. But for others who have been spiritually wounded, it may feel intrusive or uncomfortable. So, I will pray with you if you want, but I have no expectation or agenda. I will honor your preferences and choices. I will work to empower you to navigate your faith journey.
