Journey Services Counseling uses the following technology to provide clients with reliable, HIPAA-compliant services.
Theranest (Client Management & Portal)
Journey Services uses Theranest to provide secure, HIPAA-compliant management of client scheduling, billing, and other management of the counseling practice. Theranest includes a secure portal that allows private communication between the client and the therapist. This management system is used widely by therapists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors.
Zoom
Counseling sessions are conducted using Journey Services’ account with Zoom which provides HIPAA-compliant, secure telehealth options. Journey Services has a HIPAA-required Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Zoom. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted for client security. Journey Services never records client sessions using Zoom and no sessions are recorded or stored on Zoom’s servers. No one has access to client-therapist conversation except the client and therapist during the session.
WordPress hosted at Bluehost
This site has been developed using WordPress and is hosted by Bluehost.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze traffic coming to our website and how people interact with the content on our site. No personally identifiable information is collected in that data, but it helps us to see in aggregate the pages people view, and what content is most helpful over time.
